At Advanced Chiropractic treatment is individualized, and will vary greatly depending on the patient, the diagnosis, and the stage of healing. Dr. Plano utilizes a number of adjusting techniques in her practice including diversified chiropractic manipulative therapy, flexion/distraction technique, drop table, pelvic blocking, and activator.

She also utilizes a number of soft tissue therapies including myofascial release technique, cross friction massage, NIMMO, PIR and PFS stretching, ischemic compression as well as many others. In addition to manipulation and soft tissue, Dr. Plano uses therapeutic modalities such as interferential current, pre-mod, and hydro/cryotherapies. Patient rehab is also an important component of her treatment protocols.
